If you haven’t yet heard, the Opportunity Zone craze is coming to a neighborhood near you… or maybe it’s yours. Since late 2017, investors & developers have been learning about and planning to take advantage of this new tax-credit program that will not only spur substantial investment and developments but will also give them a huge break. But not just any break – it’s being billed as the largest investor tax break in history!!
What does that mean for you?
- It means… the time to LEARN is now. Investors and developers have had a one-year head-start to educate themselves, devise and initiate plans on how they will participate in Opportunity Zones. The community must become informed and equipped (now) in order to strategize and execute a plan of action.
